SPEECH & LANGUAGE pathologist ASSESSMENT / CONSULTATION
Provided by Natalia Peladeau, speech-language pathologist.

Speech-language assessment with verbal feedback, written goals, and treatment plan.
ASSESSMENT with REPORT
Speech-language assessment, written report, goals/treatment plan, and any related reports (e.g., OAP letter of support, letter to doctor).
VIRTUAL Consultation
Caregiver training, AAC consultation (60 minutes)
SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPY
Treatment is provided by our speech-language pathologist assistants in your home or daycare, or community centers. The initial appointment will be an assessment provided by Natalia Peladeau, SLP, and will include a written copy of the goals, treatment plan, home plan/recommendations. Any additional reports, referrals, support letters, etc. are included for active clients.
